Happy New Year and all of us at NCSP wish everyone safety, good health, and fortune in the days to come!
As we commence 2022, I would like to announce the promotion of the following individuals who are taking on expanded responsibilities within our Supply Chain organization and join me in wishing them well in their new roles.
Fred Centner – Manager Supply Chain & Customer Service
Fred is starting his 27th year in New Castle and was instrumental in developing and enhancing our order entry and planning infrastructure given his background in Computer Science and Mathematics as a 1990 Graduate of SUNY Fredonia, NY. In his expanded role, Fred will be the key contact with all melt shops and interface with the scheduling, logistics and operations personnel to ensure the integrity of all important stakeholder interfaces. Fred along with Tony Palermo – VP Commercial will report directly to Kevin Keeley – COO.
Brent Crabtree – Logistics Manager
Brent is starting his 31st year in New Castle having started in production after his honorary discharge from the United States Air Force. He was promoted to Warehouse Manager in 1996 and has worked closely with our Logistics partners, plant operations and customers to insure excellent communication and the optimal flow of our finished products. Brent will be the lead contact with our logistics partners and continue to support operations and supply chain to optimize cost and material flow. Brent received a degree in Computer Science from Ivy Tech in 2004. Brent will report directly to me in his new role.
Denise Crabtree – Planning Manager
Denise is starting her 23rd year in New Castle working and has extensive experience in production planning and scheduling. She will be the primary contact with our external rolling partners and report directly to Brian Chew who leads our overall Operations team.
